Brad Tilford has over 30 years of experience in start-ups, acquisitions, mergers, brand management and marketing with a distinguished career in successfully building and leading profitable, specialized companies. With expertise in the film and athlete representation markets, he entered the music industry in partnership with Warner Music, releasing soundtracks featured on the top Billboard charts. In 2005, he was the founding partner of BEST - a unified, full-service sports and entertainment marketing, management, and production firm (successfully sold to Lagardere Unlimited). In 2015, Brad started Society Unlimited as a brand management and media distribution platform which successfully managed strategy channels for UFC, Ace of Spades, AEG and AMC. In 2017, he entered the healthcare sector with a niche medical cannabis platform which was successfully exited within a year. In 2018, Brad secured a partnership with Nike, followed by acquiring ownership in Players Media Group (2020), which has media distribution reaching audience over 300 million people.

Peter Resnik has served as an executive and consultant, ranging from Fortune 100, middle market non-profit, and start-up organizations, in launching B2B and B2C, new products and services and revamping problem operations. For the last 15 years, he has primarily focused in health services, sports and fitness, beauty markets and with integrated experience in corporate development , business planning, public and private capital, investor relations, finance and operations for leading companies, including Humana. Peter is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified public Accountant, earning his MBA from Emory University and BA from Kenyon College.

Since 1994, Peter Allan has developed one of New York's leading entertainment law practices by focusing on the commercialization of intellectual property. He has negotiated agreements worth over $200 million and represented writers, producers, and artists whose albums have collectively sold over 30 million units and represented such notable artists as Grammy Award-winning Mary J. Blige. His experience also extends to film, including securing national US distribution for the British motion picture "Effie Gray" featuring Academy Award-winning Emma Thompson and Dakota Fanning. A cum laude graduate of Middlebury College and the Georgetown University law center, Peter serves on the Board of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.

Brian Goldberg's career as a sports agent has spanned for over three decades and he's had the distinction of representing one of Major League Baseball's most iconic players for his entire career and that player is 1987 First Round Draft Pick - Ken Griffey Jr.. Recently elected into the MLB Hall of Fame with a record-setting vote of 99.3%, Griffey Jr. continues to be represented by Brian during his post-playing career with endorsements from Nike, Pepsi, Nintendo, Chevrolet and more. A Cincinnati native, Brian graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1982 with degrees in Economics and Political Science and graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1985 with a Juris Doctor.

With over 30 years of marketing and branding experience, Angelia Tilford is an entrepreneur and creative visionary who has contributed to numerous successful brands. Angelia began her career in the New York fashion industry,  working with notable brands such as Hanes, Givenchy en Plus, Macy's, Glamour, Aveda and more. Upon her return to the midwest, she launched a company specializing in alternative cinema content, large scale event production and venue management. For the past 10 years her focus has been on branding, experiential marketing, and social media strategy and management, with a primary focus on the healthcare, food and beverage, alternative wellness, beauty and apparel industries.
